Wave Joint

Simple cut to joint to pieces.

The orginal files were setup for 1/4" bit and about 1/32nd of tolerance in the cut.

Reference the Instructions tab for intsructions on Part A cut and Part B cut.

There are 2 files to make these cuts; Part A and Part B. This image shows the relationship of Parts A & B.

If using the SVG files in to generate Gcode; use a "follow path" operation for the cuts.

GCode Files - This files are setup for 1/4" router bit, target depth of 0.8 inches, 20 in/min feed, 1/8" safety height
